Schefter: Grigson gets 2nd interview

Ryan Grigson, former Purdue standout and Highlands native, appears to have gotten a second interview:

Eagles director of player personnel Ryan Grigson was in Indianapolis on Tuesday, interviewing for the Colts’ vacant general manager position for a second time, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

Meanwhile, Paul Kuharsky has some notes on the guy who appears to be the front-runner:

During 12 years as an NFL talent evaluator, Grigson’s teams have been to the playoffs seven times and have made three trips to the Super Bowl including winning one Super Bowl with the St. Louis Rams.

About Todd Smith

Todd Smith is a part-time sportswriter who spends too much time arguing on Twitter. What he really loves is eating poorly and watching football. He got his first Colts t-shirt in 1984 shortly after the Mayflower trucks arrived and has never given up on his hometown team. He also still holds to the belief that Kordell Stewart stepped out of the end zone and thus cheated the Colts.
