Peyton Manning focused on Eli, rehab

Peyton Manning has two things on his mind: his brother and his health. What he’s not interested in is the “Peyton vs. Eli” discussion:

“Special time,” said Peyton, who watched Eli’s second Super Bowl victory in four seasons from the stadium. “It was just a good crowd. Family and friends, people from all over. Anytime you can have a post-Super Bowl celebration, it’s special. It’s even more special when you have family and friends together.”

The win allows Eli to one-up Peyton in the bling department, two Super Bowl rings to one.

“Eli and I don’t play that game,” Peyton said. “The relationship of Eli, Cooper and I is not about trying to rub it in or anything like that. It’s about love, nothing but love.

About Todd Smith

Todd Smith is a part-time sportswriter who spends too much time arguing on Twitter. What he really loves is eating poorly and watching football. He got his first Colts t-shirt in 1984 shortly after the Mayflower trucks arrived and has never given up on his hometown team. He also still holds to the belief that Kordell Stewart stepped out of the end zone and thus cheated the Colts.
