Need a CB?

Since it appears the Colts will be addressing the QB position in the first round (come on, did you think I’d get link something up without saying the words “Peyton Manning” this week?) the team may be looking for good value cornerbacks in mid-to-late rounds.  Here are some good ones from small schools including a former SEC starter:

1. Janoris Jenkins: North Alabama (5-10, 182)
If he can put it all together off the field, he’s got the ability to develop into a very good cover man in the NFL and despite his size he’s going to be a really tough guy to separate from in just about any scheme he plays in.

About Todd Smith

Todd Smith is a part-time sportswriter who spends too much time arguing on Twitter. What he really loves is eating poorly and watching football. He got his first Colts t-shirt in 1984 shortly after the Mayflower trucks arrived and has never given up on his hometown team. He also still holds to the belief that Kordell Stewart stepped out of the end zone and thus cheated the Colts.
