Luck on Wayne, Powers on officiating, and more

In case you missed it, Phil B. Wilson of The Indianapolis Star talked this week about the recent roster moves and Reggie Wayne’s impressive start to the season, contrasted with the unimpressive start by the tight ends. He also speculated about Austin Collie's future with the team, and discussed the replacement refs with Jerraud Powers:

Quote machine — Powers, again, on the NFL upholding Monday night’s ruling that Seattle’s last-play TD was correct based on the officials’ on-field decision that it was a simultaneous catch: “They think it’s right, then they’re right.” For the record, Powers, like most everyone else, thought it was an interception.
