Finally. It's been difficult to judge how far the Colts have come this year, and at last we were able to see Indy win big. Remember when they lost to Jacksonville at home? Remember Cecil Shorts? Hard to forget; apparently, he's the best wideout in the league (just ask the Colts's secondary!). Mark Long recaps the game with some great quotes by Andrew Luck.
"We wanted to keep our winning streak going. Jacksonville got us earlier this year. We didn't want to go 0-2 against a team. This is a good step in the right direction, but no one looks back at the fact that you were 6-3 in the middle of the season. It's what we do at the end of the season."
This just in: Andrew Luck is actually a twelve year veteran. Seriously though, his poise on and off the field this early on is the best things Colts fans could have hoped for. Instead of a team purely in transition, Indianapolis has emerged as a viable AFC contender. Still, they needed a big win. They got it in Jacksonville.
