Colts Injury Update: Brown Out

According to the Associated Press, Donald Brown will be out 2-3 weeks with a knee injury. Vick Ballard is expected to start Sunday in his place, against the second worst run defense in the league; hopefully he’ll be able to continue where Brown left off, as the Colts’s starter was improving in every game he played. Currently, New York’s defense has squared off against Buffalo, Pittsburgh, Miami, San Francisco, and Houston; despite criticisms aimed at them, those are five tricky games.

Other players who did not practice today include Pat Angerer, Robert Mathis, Joe Reitz, Fili Moala, Vontae Davis, and Martin Tevaseu; on a positive note, Freeney’s apparently good to go, and Satele should get the start against the Jets.
