Colts-Patriots Game Loses Primetime Slot

With the Indianapolis Colts continuing to struggle, now down to a 0-9 record, watching a game featuring this team won’t draw as much attention. NBC’s Sunday Night Football is well aware of that, as they took away the prime time slot of the Colts-Patriots game for December 4th — now scheduled for 1:00 PM EST instead of 8:30.

TV ratings have plummeted for the team since Peyton Manning has been injured, and Indy could be on their way to a win-less season unless if they get some lucky wins — like, say, one against the woeful Jaguars.

While it would be thrilling to see a Manning-less and win-less Colts team beat New England on December 4th, no one believes that will happen — particularly those directing the networks broadcasting games.
