Fans will see a lot of continued roster activity today and the next few days while teams review the waiver wire and the new batch of free agents to determine who might bolster their team.

In such a move, the Colts claimed former 2010 starter Chris Gronkwoski off waivers from Dallas.  Gronkowski is infamous as being the man who missed the block on Giants linebacker Michael Boley, who proceeded to drive QB Tony Romo into the ground and break his collarbone.

Fellow colleague Brett Mock suggests that “a FB could be the difference in the running game really improving, particularly [by springing] RB Donald Brown.”

Gronkowski has two brothers in the NFL – Dan was just waived by the Denver Broncos, and Rob plays for the New England Patriots.
