Indianapolis Colts’ Roster Cuts Updates [UPDATED]

Today's the big day, as all of the cuts need to be in by 6:00 pm. The Colts must cut down to 53 players, and will create a practice squad with some of the cuts, if they clear waivers. The information is starting to flow in the cuts, but nothing regarding the Colts' has yet to leak out. We'll be keeping updated on the cuts all day, mostly on Twitter, @Coltsider.

I'll also be updating this post, and adding new ones as significant changes are released. After today, we'll have a much better idea on where the Colts' are heading into the season.

[UPDATE] Colts DT Ollie Ogbu has posted an unclear, yet promising tweet. He later tweeted that he couldn't say any good news until tomorrow, which would point to a practice squad appointing if he clears waivers.

[UPDATE] John Chick was waived, according to Adam Caplan. Hughes looks like he's likely safe.

[UPDATE] Tommie Harris waived, according to multiple sources. First move I disagree with. But, I suppose the Colts are thinking they have enough UT's. Still, I don't like the move.

[UPDATE] Colts waive Javarris James. Most likely means that Evans/Brown on the roster, but still up in the air. Travis Baltz waived. Expected. Multiple sources, including Rotoworld and Walter Football are showing Ricardo Mathews as cut by the Colts.

[UPDATE] Indy Star reporting that Orlovsky, Taj Smith, and TE Michael Matthews were also cut today.
