Polian on the Browns

Bill Polian thinks the Browns are headed in the right direction:

“(RB Peyton Hillis is) similar to (Texans RB Ben) Tate. He has a little more wiggle than Tate, but he runs behind his pads and he’ll knock you down. And they have a different threat in (quarterback) Colt McCoy in running the ball that Houston does not. So it’s a similar attack, but the quarterback is much more run-oriented, probably because he’s younger. Nonetheless, Colt is a terrific runner, so that poses a different threat for us.”

About Todd Smith

Todd Smith is a part-time sportswriter who spends too much time arguing on Twitter. What he really loves is eating poorly and watching football. He got his first Colts t-shirt in 1984 shortly after the Mayflower trucks arrived and has never given up on his hometown team. He also still holds to the belief that Kordell Stewart stepped out of the end zone and thus cheated the Colts.
