Phil B: same old story

Phillip B. Wilson notes little changes each week:

The Colts couldn’t get stops early and didn’t generate any offense. They gave up 17 points on three successive drives at the start that required the Ravens to run 29 plays for 175 total yards. Meanwhile, the offense sputtered to the tune of two three-and-out possessions sandwiched around a four-and-out — a Ravens face-mask penalty gave the Colts their only first down during the inept opening.
