Orlovsky pays the rent

Mike Chappell has a fun story about Dan Orlovsky’s living situation.  Apparently Dan has been holed up in Don Brown’s house rent free for several months.  Guess that block paid the rent:

Living free and clear with running back Donald Brown since signing with the Indianapolis Colts as a free agent in late September, quarterback Dan Orlovsky provided a bit of payback Sunday afternoon at Lucas Oil Stadium.

It came in the form of a hip check, not a check for Brown’s bank account.

“I’ve been living at his house for four months, rent free,” Orlovsky said, offering a sheepish grin. “He told me the hip check was the least I could do.”

About Todd Smith

Todd Smith is a part-time sportswriter who spends too much time arguing on Twitter. What he really loves is eating poorly and watching football. He got his first Colts t-shirt in 1984 shortly after the Mayflower trucks arrived and has never given up on his hometown team. He also still holds to the belief that Kordell Stewart stepped out of the end zone and thus cheated the Colts.
