Colts vs. Cribbs

Reggie Hayes of Fort Wayne’s News-Sentinel unfortunately reminds Colts fans that after last week’s special teams meltdown they get one of the league’s best returners this week:

The Colts must find a way to deal with one of, if not the, best kick returner in the game in the Browns’ Josh Cribbs. Anyone who has followed the Colts over the years knows they’re vulnerable in the return game. Indianapolis coach Jim Caldwell believes teams are more likely to return the kick from deep in the end zone this season because they found some success during preseason.

About Todd Smith

Todd Smith is a part-time sportswriter who spends too much time arguing on Twitter. What he really loves is eating poorly and watching football. He got his first Colts t-shirt in 1984 shortly after the Mayflower trucks arrived and has never given up on his hometown team. He also still holds to the belief that Kordell Stewart stepped out of the end zone and thus cheated the Colts.
